Beautiful proposals are everywhere.Unforgettable stories are rare.
You bring the ring. I handle everything else.
Immersive proposal experiences designed around your story, planned and coordinated from beginning to end by Olivia Ortiz, so the only thing you think about that day is the ring.
Personal, private and planned end to end from here in Puerto Vallarta.
I take a maximum of three proposals per week, and high season dates fill early.
Chapter 01 · Why we're different
A note from Olivia Ortiz.
We don't compete on flowers. We start with the story.
Anyone can fill a beach with candles. The market is full of beautiful, identical proposals. We do something different. Before we design a single detail, we ask one question: what story are we telling? The answer shapes everything that follows.
And yes, every experience is beautifully styled, from the florals to the light to the way the photographer disappears. But the styling is the stage. The story is the gift. Years from now, no one remembers how many flowers there were. They remember how it felt.

A DECORATION
Change the couple. Change the color. Nothing else changes.
A beautiful, ready-made setting that could belong to almost anyone.

AN EXPERIENCE
Change the couple. The entire story changes.
Every memory, message and discovery exists because of who these two people are.
If it could belong to anyone, it wasn't created for you.
See what personalized really means →We are not a proposal décor company.
If you are looking for a ready-made setup where the couple and flower color can change while everything else remains the same, there are many companies in Puerto Vallarta that specialize in proposal decorations.
We do something different.
Every Puerto Vallarta Proposals experience begins with the relationship. We learn the memories, people, places and private references that belong to the couple. Then we translate those details into photographs, letters, music, recorded voices, meaningful objects and a reveal designed around them.
The florals, candles and setting make the experience beautiful. The story gives it a heart.

Photography, styling and florals all sit inside my planning and are already covered by that price. In the pre-designed packages, transport is included whenever the setting is inside Puerto Vallarta proper. I arrange the private transfer from where you are staying to the setting and back. Settings outside Puerto Vallarta, such as Nuevo Nayarit, Bucerias, Sayulita or Cabo Corrientes, are quoted separately before anything is confirmed. Pre-designed package pricing is built around a specific setting and a specific creative team, and depends on their availability for your date. If they are booked, I source the best alternatives and show you the options and pricing before anything is confirmed. No price changes without your approval.
Chapter 03 · Proof
Real proposals. Real people.

Chapter 04 · Signature Experiences
Five ways to begin with the story.
Not a menu of packages. Examples of what becomes possible when the proposal is designed around your relationship, not the other way around.
The Story Walk
Walk through your own love story.
Stations slowly reveal the moments that shaped you, how you met, the first trip, the moment you knew, like an editorial gallery of your relationship. By the end, the question is the only thing left to say.
Read more →Passport to Forever
A love story told through the places that shaped it.
Each station is a passport page, with custom stamps for the cities and destinations that mattered. It reads as a travel exhibition at first. Then they realize every place is theirs. The final stamp: your future together.
Read more →The Audio Journey
The story isn't only seen. It's heard.
Each station has a QR code; scanning plays a short voice message from someone meaningful: a friend, a parent, a sibling, even your pet. Layer by layer the voices guide them, until the final one says: "There's only one thing left to ask…"
Read more →The Future Walk
Not the story you've lived. The one you're about to.
Each station is a dream: the first home, future adventures, growing old together. It feels like a conceptual art installation, until they understand: this is our future. The proposal becomes the natural next step.

No two stories are the same.
Designed entirely around your relationship: no templates, no copied concepts. We start with a long conversation and end with something only the two of you could have ever had.

Don't know what to choose? That's my job.
Most couples arrive without a concept, and that is exactly how it should be. Tell me about your partner, your trip and how you want the moment to feel. I recommend the experience, the setting and the timing that make sense for you two.
You are not supposed to be the creative one here.

Seven settings. One story, made yours.
We don't sell a generic proposal. We design an experience built around your story. The story decides what; the setting is the stage where it unfolds.

Chapter 08 · Pricing & How We Work
What it costs to begin your story.
Every experience is designed around you, so the price depends on the setting, the production, and what you want to include. To give you a real sense before we talk:
From · pre-designed package
$18,000 MXN
(approx. $1,050 USD*)
beach or public setting
Always includes: simple styling with florals and candles, a bouquet of 24 roses, one hour of professional photography with 20 chosen and professionally edited photos delivered within 15 days, and transport within Puerto Vallarta. I also help you book dinner or whatever you'd like to celebrate the yes.
Pre-designed package pricing is built around a specific setting and a specific creative team, and depends on their availability for your date. If they are booked, I source the best alternatives and show you the options and pricing before anything is confirmed. No price changes without your approval.
From · pre-designed package
$25,000 MXN
(approx. $1,470 USD*)
private terrace or exclusive setting
Always includes: styling with florals and candles, a bouquet of 24 roses, one hour of professional photography with 20 chosen and professionally edited photos plus a 30-second reel, delivered within 15 days, dinner, and transport within Puerto Vallarta. A more intimate moment, in a space that's yours alone.
Pre-designed package pricing is built around a specific setting and a specific creative team, and depends on their availability for your date. If they are booked, I source the best alternatives and show you the options and pricing before anything is confirmed. No price changes without your approval.
Pre-designed experiences
The two prices above. Each one is a concept already designed around a specific setting and creative team, with photography included and every inclusion written out. What already exists is the logistical framework, never the story: that part is built around the two of you.
Custom proposal experience
Designed from scratch around the two of you and the date you are traveling. I source the location specifically, select the vendors specifically, and the creative direction stays open. Pricing is built for your plan and quoted in writing before anything is booked.
For custom experiences, photography is quoted with the rest of the plan. Upgraded coverage, a second shooter or video can be added to any experience, featured or custom, and is quoted separately on top of what your package already includes.
The final price is set once I understand your story. No two experiences are alike, and none is quoted before I understand what you're imagining.
*USD amounts are approximate and vary with the exchange rate. All experiences are priced and charged in Mexican pesos (MXN).
How we work together.
Ask anything you need.
Asking is always free. Message me on WhatsApp with up to three questions, or book a short 15-minute call to see if we're the right fit for your moment.
Private Proposal Design Session · $55 USD
This comes after the free call, never before it. We set aside 45 to 60 minutes to work: I walk you through settings, vendors and timing for your specific date, and we begin shaping the experience. You leave with a written quote built for you, with every inclusion listed, before anything is booked. Fully credited toward your experience if you book.
After your quote.
A couple more questions or a 10-minute call to fine-tune details, always included. From there, all that's left is yes.
Chapter 09 · The Process
How we plan the most important question of your life.
We find your story.
Before a single detail, we sit down and listen. The design follows the story, never a template.
I design the experience.
I propose settings, vendors, a ring-pop-ready timeline. You pick what feels like you two.
I handle every detail.
Florals, photography, food and transport are all inside my planning, along with any extra touches you chose. What each of them costs depends on your package and is written into your quote. You only worry about hiding the ring.
You ask. They say yes.
I disappear at the perfect moment. The story you designed plays out exactly as planned.
Before we design anything, we talk to make sure this is your moment. I plan every detail so the yes arrives naturally.
Chapter 10 · The surprise
How we keep it a surprise.
Your partner should not suspect a thing until the moment you want them to. Keeping that intact is part of the planning, not an afterthought.
A cover story that holds.
We agree on the reason your partner thinks you are going out that evening, and everything I send you fits that story. No stray confirmations, no vendor calling your room.
Arrival, timing and transport.
I plan how you get there, when you get there, and what is already finished before you arrive. You walk into a setting that looks like it was always there.
A photographer with a reason to be there.
I never hide the photographer. We build a second story that makes the camera make sense, such as a couples session, a gift from the hotel or sunset photos, so your partner sees a photographer and thinks nothing of it. That lets the photographer stand where the light and the angle are best, so the images read like a partner session instead of shots taken from cover.
What happens after the yes.
Dinner, a celebration, family or friends waiting nearby if you want them there. All coordinated so nothing reveals itself early.

Chapter 12 · Peace of mind
Planned to go right.
No planner controls the weather or the traffic. The right planner knows how to lower the risk before it ever shows up. That's my job.
I don't just take a date.
Before we choose the day, I ask when you arrive and when you leave. I rarely recommend the first day: if your luggage is delayed or your flight shifts, I don't want that anywhere near your moment. We pick the day with the fewest things that can change.
I design the least fragile plan.
Generous time margins, tight coordination with your photographer, and a moment built so that if something slides by an hour, it still works.
I plan the rainy season differently.
Puerto Vallarta's rainy season runs roughly June through October. Proposals absolutely happen in those months, and many of the greenest, most beautiful ones do. I simply plan them differently: settings with cover, flexible timing, forecast monitoring in the days before, and a contingency option built in wherever the setting allows. I cannot promise weather. I can promise you will never be standing there without a plan.
My job isn't to promise nothing will change. It's to design your moment so that, whatever happens, the story is still yours.
Chapter 13 · What you handle
The only thing you bring is you (and the ring).
What makes my clients most nervous is not knowing what they're responsible for. The short answer: almost nothing. Here's what I handle for you.
The ring?
That one's yours. You bring it and you keep it safe. It's the only thing I leave in your hands.
Transport on the day?
In the pre-designed packages, transport is included whenever the setting is inside Puerto Vallarta proper. I arrange the private transfer from where you are staying to the setting and back. Settings outside Puerto Vallarta, such as Nuevo Nayarit, Bucerias, Sayulita or Cabo Corrientes, are quoted separately before anything is confirmed.
The vendors?
I work with a team I trust and choose myself: photographer, florals, all of it. You don't have to find or manage anyone.
The excuse so they don't suspect?
We plan it together. Before the day, we have a call where we map out exactly how it unfolds: the story you'll tell them, how you get them to the setting, the timing. Nothing is left to chance.
Just the moment, or what comes after too?
We plan the before, the moment, and the after. If you want dinner, a toast, something to celebrate the yes, we design that too. I don't stop when they say yes.
How far ahead should I book?
The sooner the better. I take a maximum of three experiences per week, and the best dates fill quickly, especially in high season.
I'm not a décor company. I'm your planner. I'm with you through the whole process: the before, the moment, and the after. You only handle the ring and practicing how to kneel. Everything else is mine to carry.

Chapter 14 · Who designs your experience
Olivia Ortiz. Anthropology, diplomacy, and a decade inside this bay.
A decorator cannot tell your story, because they do not know you. I studied Multicultural Relations and anthropology, worked three years at the Mexican Embassy in Moscow in cultural affairs, and then spent a decade running operations for boutique hotels and short term rentals in Puerto Vallarta. That mix is why I start with your relationship, what you value and how you communicate, and only then design the setting around it.
Read my full story →Olivia spent three months listening to me talk about my partner. When the day came, every single detail felt like ours. The photographer had a reason to be there, so nothing felt staged, and the light was perfect. She had even remembered the song from our first date.
David & Fernanda · Remote beach, March 2026

Olivia was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to find out who we were as a couple and developed an amazing proposal based on us. She made sure the details were all taken care of so I could be in and enjoy the moment. She was able to keep the surprise and ensure that our night was so special. If you are looking for something special, call Olivia!
Patrick & Mitch · Puerto Vallarta, June 2026
Tell me your story.
I take a maximum of three proposals per week, so each one gets every minute it needs. Let's design yours.
